Insurance is solicited and sold through Justin Bautista, a licensed Life, Health, and Property & Casualty insurance producer and the sole member of the company. References to “I” or “me” elsewhere on this Site are that producer speaking on behalf of the company. The Site provides general information about insurance products and services. Nothing on this Site constitutes a contract, guarantee, binding quote, or offer of insurance coverage. All coverage is subject to carrier underwriting, approval, and the specific terms of each policy.

Quotes, plan information, and consultation discussions are based on the information you provide and current carrier availability. Final coverage terms, pricing, eligibility, and availability are determined solely by the insurance carrier. Information provided through this Site or during consultations is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee the availability of any particular product, rate, or coverage amount.

The information on this Site is not intended to be and should not be construed as tax, legal, investment, or financial planning advice. Insurance guidance provided through consultations is specific to insurance products only. For tax, legal, or comprehensive financial planning advice, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

Parts of this Site let you complete an insurance application and sign it electronically. By continuing through an application, you agree to transact electronically and you agree that your electronic signature, and any record it is applied to, carry the same legal effect as a signature in ink on paper.

You can ask for a paper copy of anything you sign, or ask to complete the application on paper instead, at no charge. You can also withdraw your consent to transact electronically at any time. Either way, contact me at justin@jbfinancials.com or (844) 800-2253. Withdrawing consent does not undo an application already submitted to a carrier.

To apply online you need a current web browser, a working internet connection, and an email address you can receive messages at. If any of that changes, tell me so I can reach you another way.

An application is not coverage. Submitting one starts underwriting. The carrier decides whether to offer a policy, on what terms, and at what price, and no coverage exists until that carrier issues a policy and the first premium is paid under the policy’s own terms.

Answer every question truthfully and completely. An insurance application is a legal document, and a material misstatement can allow a carrier to rescind a policy or deny a claim, usually within a contestability period of two years from issue.

If you check the optional text message box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from JB Financial Services Agency at the number you provided. The program sends appointment reminders, replies to questions you send, follow-ups about coverage you asked about, and one-time verification codes. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required to use this Site, submit a form, or work with me.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also email justin@jbfinancials.com or call (844) 800-2253. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full program details are on the text message program page.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, design, and layout, is the property of JB Financial Services Agency or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent.

This Site and all content, information, and services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JB Financial Services Agency LLC, its members, and Justin Bautista shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use this Site, any information provided on the Site, or any insurance products purchased as a result of using this Site. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JB Financial Services Agency LLC, its members, and Justin Bautista from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Insurance products are not available in all states. Products, features, and availability may vary by state. Justin Bautista is licensed in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, MT, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV. If you reside in a state not listed, I may not be able to assist you with insurance products.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Visiting a third-party link is at your own risk.

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of New Jersey.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
