I came to insurance from e-commerce, a completely different world. I spent years building online businesses and learning how to communicate complex things simply. Then I started learning how insurance actually works, and I realized most people were making critical financial decisions without anyone they trusted in their corner.

The industry runs on pressure and confusion. Agents push products that pay them the most, use jargon to overwhelm people, and disappear the moment the policy is signed. I saw the problem clearly and I decided to build something different.

I started JB Financials because I believe people deserve someone who takes the time to explain things properly. Not someone who rushes through a pitch. Not someone who disappears after the commission clears. Someone who answers the phone six months later when you have a question about your policy.

Over the past 4 years, I have helped thousands of individuals and families find the right coverage. Every conversation starts the same way: I listen.
